Shipping & Pickup Policy

Local Pickup and Pickup Today

Local Pickup for customized/engraved pieces: please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order, customize your piece(s), and prepare them for you.

Pickup Today orders must be placed no later than 2pm and will be ready for pickup at J. Dostie Jewelers 4 Lisbon Street in Lewiston no later than 4pm the same day. Our regular business hours are Monday – Thursday: 9:30am to 5:00pm & Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm

**We WILL NOT guarantee Pickup Today orders by 4pm on the same day if the order is placed after 2pm

There will be no refunds or credits issued for Pickup Today orders that are not picked up by the closing of our regular business hours.

Local pickup of non customized/engraved items may be done immediately after order is placed. (you do not have to select the Pickup Today shipping option)

Shipping

All orders will ship by USPS Priority Mail.

For customized/engraved pieces please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. This processing time is allotted in addition to the transit time of the shipment. Most orders arrive within a total of 5 to 7 business days. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We make every effort to update our online inventory so that it reflects the current stock in our physical store. Occasionally, an item is still available for purchase on our website even though it is physically out of stock in our store. In this case we can still special order the item with an ETA of approximately 1 week. We understand that jewelry purchases can be time-sensitive, so we will contact you as soon as possible should this situation arise with your order.

We only ship addresses within the United States. We are unable to process orders shipped to package forwarding services at this time.
